Apps vs services classification is sometimes not useful

Some options to handle this might be:

• A tag system to filter with (eg "filter by apps, filter by service"), which opens the way to multiple non-exclusive classifications (by version, purpose, business, OS, hardware, popularity, etc.).
• Adding a third category that simplifies or reorganizes classification, such as "utilities", etc.
