Update admin-ui and related libs

It looks like this release is close to a year behind https://github.com/cloudfoundry-incubator/admin-ui. We should update the admin-ui submodule, the gems it depends on, ruby, and probably some other blobs I'm forgetting about as well. Would you all be open to a pull request for this?

I'm not sure who, if anybody, maintains this release, so pinging recent contributors: @tyyko @sklevenz
