provide fabric cluster configuration information to the docker container manager #76
Description
Once the list of fabric cluster configuration information is provided to the broker during provision in #75, the docker container manager needs to pass these information as environment variables to the docker server when launching the containers.
The information the needs to be supplied to the proxy when it is run inside the container and needs to be used when connecting to the fabric cluster.
