Do not do strict routing

Is there a reason why we do strict routing?

```
/foo
```

is different from

```
/foo/
```

In my opinion a common user does not understand the difference and wants the same to work. On c9.io

```
https://c9.io/web/sign-up/free/
```

doesn't work while

```
https://c9.io/web/sign-up/free
```

does. That is confusing.
