This happens every now and again, so it's not a regular occurrance that I can pin down and isolate/troubleshoot. But every so often, I will get a an deluge of Slack notifications from osTicket for ticket updates on tickets that were closed years ago. For instance, on this past October 11th, I received 29 "ticket updated" Slack notifications, all for tickets closed four years ago. Today I received two for two old tickets also closed four years ago.

I'd love to know where I can start looking to troubleshoot this, or if anyone else has experienced the same issue. I don't know if this repo is currently being maintained, but I thought I would post for visiblity. Thanks.

My osTicket instance:

osTicket Version == v1.17.4 (ea462cb)
Web Server Software == Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips PHP/8.1.29
MySQL Version == 10.2.43
PHP Version == 8.1.29

I noticed my date.timezone is not set under the "PHP Settings" section, maybe that is a factor.
