Include conditions DB files in standalone images #13
Description
The conditions database files described at http://opendata-dev.web.cern.ch/docs/cms-guide-for-condition-database should be part of the standalone images. Since copying them to the container requires CVMFS access, this is probably only possible when these containers are built at CERN.
