Czech and Slovak translations created

Hi, first of all, thanks a lot for the new ability to localize Wpkg-GP.

I have created Czech (cs_CZ) and Slovak (sk_SK) localizations of Wpkg-GP. The 
corresponding PO and MO files are in the attachment. I would really appreciate 
if they could appear in the next release of Wpkg-GP.

(I have only localized strings visible to the end users.)
