Stats page: data missing for some types

Issue Description:

If I go to https://clearlydefined.io/stats, I can see some of the type/provider-level numbers are not loading.

The behaviour seems random as it changes each time I refresh the page.

@bduranc I went there today and all of them loaded. Maybe there was a hiccup that day?

Hi Candice, myself and a few others on my team are still encountering the same issue. However, I spoke with @qtomlinson on our end and she said that the response is cached due to it being a rather resource intensive operation. If you refresh multiple times, it does eventually show everything. But maybe this is something we can work to improve as I'm sure many people consume these stats.
