As a Visitor who wants to determine their eligibility for expungement, I need a way to select the state I was convicted in.
Describe the solution you'd like
Either a graphical interface map of the United States enabling visitor to click on the state they were convicted in and/or a dropdown selection of state. Complete list of US states in various formats for coding can be found with a little googling. It should be clear that this is the state of conviction, not state of residence.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This issue is part of a series covering all the fields necessary to determine likely eligibility. The process envisioned is a "step form" process. An alternative would be to render all fields of inquiry on a single form page.
Additional context
Visitors may be accessing the application in a public area (library, etc.) so care needs to be taken that while we are clear in what info we need, we aren't displaying something about having a felony in huge letters visible from across the room.
