Admin Role - Password Update

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
As an Admin who wants to secure the account, I need the ability to change my password.


**Describe the solution you'd like**
PUT to password.  Should require confirmation.

**Additional context**
A reminder to change pw every few months might be a nice stretch.
