I'd love to see a better alternative to MissionControl and this looks like a great start. You should continue developing it.
Add in monitoring for Job failures and buttons for common actions (retry failed jobs) and you have something that is really needed in the space.
If you do pick up development on it, first thing I would do is toss this front page blurb:
Mission Control is a great tool for monitoring Active Job in Rails. I mostly forgot that it existed and built this for fun. You should probably just use that. 😄
