Import Brazilian localizations #23
Description
Recently we've added Brazilian language to our Quail installation. Changes were made directly to the tests.json file, while it should be added into our Quail fork's tests.yml file.
We need to move all the pt-br strings into original tests.yml.
Similar to #19.
