Description
api-ms-win-core-winrt-l1-1-0.dll is missing apparently
the readme has no indication what visual studio redistributable I need
and I'm presuming because it's asking for winRT DLLs that it's been compiled with a target of windows 8.1 minimum
inb4 'upgrade or die'
