Open and close menu not working

i have 2 keyboards (60% and 100%) and my 100% keyboard has the button to close and open the menu but when i click the button nothing happens

You can use the On Screen Keyboard in Windows to enable and disable the menu

I used SHIFT+! and it worked. The bind might be different depending on your layout.
