Remove themes from Site manager server #10
Description
Remove the themes folder from site manager server module so that the module consists solely of a folder within the expression engine/third_party folder.
This is to make bulk installations of site manager server easier, since the themes folder is complete overkill for the simple bit of CSS that is added to the page.
