[feat/perf] Add option for "Goal Edit Sessions" that batch changes #142
Description
Add an option for game maintainers to start "edit sessions" which pend a series of changes to their goals until they are confirmed using a database transaction associated with their login session, which allows them to cancel all of the changes if they decide against them. This could also be used to generate changelogs in the future. This would allow players to continue generating boards without worry of weirdness while maintainers edit goals, so they wouldn't get a half updated goal set that could potentially result in an invalid or subpar experience
