Clarify contract deployment plans #1
Description
One thing that's come up during peer review - we need to clarify this would be a set of contracts per city, not one citycoin-core to oversee them all. For example, once development is complete as a template, everything for the MIA deployment will be renamed to:
- miamicoin-core
- miamicoin-logic-v1
- miamicoin-token
- etc...
