Nostr integration for redundancy #8
Description
The tracker will periodically post the market data in one or more nostr relays.
The takers will collect the marketplace data from the nostr relay to get the current view of the market.
This will allow redundancy on the tracker, and DDOS or Nuking can be easily mitigated by running another tracker.
