Dear Dr. Chubb,
With your concatenation method, I intend to determine the threshold by using your tensor network-based (maximum-likelihood) decoding for:
- A) some Clifford(single-qubit) deformation of surface codes for IID Pauli noise
- B) other types of deformation of surface codes (not single-qubit) for correlated noises
Clifford-deformed surface code is probably an article you have read or heard. Is it possible to use your method to determine the threshold for the following code under the desired biased noise?
