Override Warning on Empty Book

Describe the issue

If you import a book via the "load book from file..." button you get the warning that this overrides the current content of the book. Even if there isn't anything there to override.

This popup therefore becomes in most cases a mild annoyance because usually the warning isn't justified. So you build up the muscle memory to just press "yes" without thinking. This is fine until one day you override something you wished you had never overridden. I believe checking if the book is empty and if there isn't any undo redo history before showing the popup would first remove a mild annoyance and second reduce the risk of accidentally deleting something you didn't want to.
