Dear Christoph,
I follow the guide to make the images and succeed to load the 'repeatmaskerlibraries. tar. gz', but when I initiate the image, ONLY command RUN MAKER--"docker run -it -v $ (pwd): /in/ -w /in/ --rm your-maker-plus: version maker " not work, and the error is followed:
docker: Error response from daemon: oci runtime error: container_linux.go:247: starting container process caused "exec: \"maker\": executable file not found in $PATH".
And I inside the container and want to see the location of MAKER, but I didn't find the directory. I don't know how to fix it yet. Could you help me?

Hi, I have the same issue. Did you solve it?

I solved it, by skipping this step docker build --network=host -t your-maker-plus:version --file Dockerfile-maker-plus . and using the other build command
