singularity image?

Heya @chrishah, just wondering if you'd ever tried doing the same via singularity? Trying to replicate this to build with Ubuntu 14:04 to run in my SGE and only have singularity installed.

Sorry, didn't really expect anybody to call any issues for this.

How to actually do the onbuild thing, so building the final container with your own version of the MAKER and repeatmasker archives, with singularity, or if it's even possible, I don't know. Would be interested myself to be honest, so give me a shout if you find out.

The easiest solution from my point of view is to just build the final image on a local machine (it's easy enough to get running on ubuntu and also on mac and windows) using Docker as described in the README. Once the final image is built, you can use it directly with singularity - I use it extensively on our cluster.

Sorry again that this comes late and is perhaps not too useful..
