Resolve licensing of default texture pack

The texture pack files included here, copied from the TagPro website, don't have a license associated with them.

Some context, from when the texture packs were added to TagPro:

Also managed here, no indication of license, but the README states:

email your texture pack to classicpackisbest@koalabeast.com along with unrestricted permission to use the assets.

These standalone files may need to be addressed separately:

• flair.png
• gravitywell.png
• egg.png

Since it looks like those were created directly by the TagPro developers, not included as part of a texture pack.

Sent an email to support@koalabeast.com asking for guidance:

Hi! I manage the TagPro Replays extension
(https://github.com/chrahunt/TagProReplays/).

While looking into the recent extension issues, I noticed that I
didn't have any idea on the license or usage restrictions applicable
to TagPro assets or texture packs provided on the site. I checked
tagpro.gg, but didn't find anything one way or the other. I currently
use several TagPro assets in TagProReplays which you can see here:

Can you please provide guidance on how these items can be used?

Specifically:

• TagPro-provided graphical assets:
  • egg ball
  • black hole
  • flair
  • future and past event-specific game assets
• Third-party texture packs available on the site (specifically Muscle's Cup OG)

I would love to be able to continue using these in the extension. It
helps lower the effort of providing this extension to users, and makes
for a consistent experience from the game to the replays.
