please implement the function that the public and private files contain the specific project name
more in detail :
when choosing a project from inception via API e.g. iteration_5_deidentification, it would be very helpful to include the project names in the folders which are extracted as public and private files.
actual state is: private-timestamp.zip or public-timestamp.zip
demanded version would be: private-projectname-timestamp.zip or public-projectname-timestamp.zip
