What is bool.desired in Functions_gate_design.R?

Dear Chloe:
GateID is a fantastic method to design gate when performing FACS. Thanks for your great work.
When I test the code by source('E:/code/GateID-master/Functions_gate_design.R', echo=TRUE), I got an error:
Error in eval(ei, envir) : object 'bool.desired' not found

I don't know what is bool.desired in Functions_gate_design.R? Could you please give me some advice to fix it?

Hi Suger017,

bool.desired is a logical array denoting TRUE for cells in the desired cluster. If you run the script - Code_gate_design.R, you will see on line 14: bool.desired <- data$ClusterID %in% desired.cluster
where desired.cluster is the specific clusterId of cells you want to sort.
If you follow the script Code_gate_design.R , your errors should go away. That is an example script for gate design. Hope this helps.
