Some love

Hi,

I think, in the meantime, the package needs some love; in particular:

• it doesn't seem to be available at Melpa or any other source, to be installable with the built in package manager
• it has no copyright in the header
• it requires cl at runtime, a no go

It is a cool package, would be good to fix this.
