[Feature] Converter for pandapower ppc/ppci structure

Hi,

nice project! Would it be possible to write a converter which can read / calculate on the ppc/ppci structure from pandapower? This would allow to use rustpower as a solver in pandapower, and give rustpower all of the highlevel features of pandapower.

A similar thing was done with lightsim2grid.

It is doable. However, PPC and PPCI are not very useful in Rust. Also, it will need some interfaces to communicate with Python. newton_pf only uses straightforward inputs, but the Ybus is reordered to avoid repeatedly forming the Jacobi matrices from dynamic indices. Let me think about this when I am free.

I have checked the PPC in Pandapower. The problem is these data in python are not interchangeable. The whole setup can be complicated since we need to convert these matrices between two languages with libraries such as PyO3. Also the PPC has many fields which may need a document to describe what are these.

I have noticed that PandaPower 3.0 might have implemented a similar optimization used in RustPower. It is now at the same performance level of the Rust algorithm for some reasons. I think the conversion is not needed now if that is true. Can you confirm that @vogt31337?
