Need to add example of using getDataOrder in the constructor of the template class dirfiles.

We can probably use the getDataDirNew function that I added to my branch. There is currently an example of how to use this in the raster object. Of course, we should expand on it, as I wrote just to get something working (since getDataDirs did not work out of the box).

Has Cheng merged it into the Main branch? I don't see your changes yet.

Also, I managed to get the function getDataOrder to work after updating the configuration file. Did you try getDataOder instead of getDataDirs? The former was supposed to replace the latter.

I didn't try getDataOrder, but it that works, we should just use it. Did we want to use my changes to the prefdir, though?

Roger, Yes, I think we should adopt your changes to prefdir since that might solve the problem that some users might not have permission to modify Matlab's prefdir. As for getDataOrder, perhaps you can try to see if it works for you? After that, we can see if we want to merge your function into getDataOrder.
