Blue screen problem.

I want to make a CD which can boot Windows XP and Windows 2000(just like a PE).Windows 2000 is fine,but there are some problems in Windows XP.I installed a MiniXP in a raw img file.Because Windows XP needs a disk larger than 1370mb although the system is very small(only 120mb),so I copied the windows files into another 210-mb image file after installing the system.Then I put it in the iso file with Grub4DOS.But I got Blue screen with 0x0000007B when the system booting.I also tried to putMicrosoft's Official Windows PE iso image into my image,but I got the same error.So,Did I do something wrong,and what can I do then?
