Snap: Can't read configuration

Hi!

cheat installed via snap on Ubuntu 24.04:

cheat 4.4.0.build.2 4279 latest/stable bernermic -

When executing cheat:

failed to load config: could not read config file: open /home/<USER>/.config/cheat/conf.yml: permission denied

All directories and files in this path belong to USER and are read/write. I explicitly set all directories and files to 0755 or 0644 for testing (it was 0700 and 0600 before). I have also seen this problem on my Debian Testing/Unstable installations.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
