Witness not present vs. witness not transmitting

I've got this:

Witnesses A and K are marked as not supporting this text. But the reasons for their non-support are completely different. A has the surrounding text, but not this passage. That's interesting, from the text-historical point of view.

K is lacking the folio on which this part of the work was written. So we don't know whether K had this passage or not.

Is there a way to express this, in Saktumiva encoding?

I think for K, one way to do it would be to have an empty <lg> tag in that witness file. Or maybe an <lg> tag with a <gap>?

I tried both these ideas. Results better but not perfect, again because of odd lemmatization.
