Click without changing focus or active window

When using a secondary monitor its convenient to use other applications without the need to minimize or maximize the window on the primary monitor.

The problem comes with full screen applications that loose the focus when clicking outside of that window.
To prevent the focus loss, it might be possible to send a click to another application without activating that other application.
