[MusicBrainz Artwork Uploader Turbo] Edit submission in background tabs delayed

It seem when uploads are queued in several tabs and being managed by `Click buttons across tabs.user.js` the last step actually submitting the edit gets delayed and/or multiple simultaneous submissions in other tabs are prevented.
