Description
SparxEA has always had an unapproachable UX for snr exec. The views in Iris are currently geared for Architects. Having a view in Iris that is suitable for snr execs is needed.
Things to think about: "I'm a CIO. I'm concerned about risks. Our People. Our strategies. Alignment". These sets of concerns should be brought front and centre for execs; the detail is still available, but hidden.
Consider the different personas viewing Iris and options for how these may be implemented in the tool.
