Preventing Animation for the first time of page loading

<toggle-switch on-label="Active" off-label="Inactive" ng-model="user.is_active"></toggle-switch>

If ng-model is true, there is animation from right to left to show 'Active' from 'InActive' when the page loads first time.
Is there anyway to show display default option of page loading?
