Fix the cryptic Bank names

While I appreciate the link to the FFIEC, anyone doing more than single loan/bank level analysis typically needs to identify which bank this really is, and the Respondent ID is not human readable. Please consider adding real bank names to the data, or at least provide a clear, easy link to this data as a simple csv file such as this one we created for California. Saves every user from finding these data in the html code on the FFIEC page and scraping it, reformatting.
