Utilize UI elements from the Capital Framework refresh #188
Description
As the CFPB
We want the UI elements to match the refreshed Capital Framework
So that the pilot matches the refreshed components
Acceptance Criteria
- UI utilizes existing components from the Capital Framework library where applicable
- Components initially created in the hmda-pilot app are submitted to Capital Framework as a issue/pr
Tasks
- Select Year to use new dropdown component
- Select File to use new file selection component
- Submit wizard as a new component
