Improment on phases "interface" #1

Hi, thanks for the great work.
I just started using your package and notice a couple of things that may make it even better.
- First, the use of the hard phases complicates things if you want to move things around. It will be better to have some way of naming them (like and id) and then using the id in the milestones.
- Another thing is that (intuitively) when you say between week (at least I) think that the bubble will automatically scale to the two nodes. However, one needs to manually tweak the size and the anchor. It will be better to have some automatic configurations, and then allow to do shifts and other enhancements.
- Also, if I have a phase for a week, I need to put it in that week alone (maybe at some percentage of the week). However, I always have to specify that it will be in between two (when is not the case) and put an offset of zero.
I hope you can see this as enhancements, that may be incorporated. Thanks for the great work (again).
