Add details on CPQ / Product Customization as solved by order item fields / Add to Cart form mode

Drupal Commerce supports this feature set out of the box, but we don't necessarily describe it as such in our documentation. Let's make it clear this is what order item fields and the Add to Cart form mode are for using these industry specific terms so the docs appear in search results.
