More Documentation in the MobilityClassifier

This may be a good idea all around, but I am trying to update the classifier and there isn't any documentation regarding what the modified parameter is supposed to be. I will figure it out, but it would be a good idea if others are going to be using this to have some more descriptive documentation regarding what each parameter of, at least, the classify() function should be.

@jojenki @joshuaselsky See the API at https://github.com/cens/MobilityClassifier/wiki/API. I'll expand it with details but it has everything you need to know to implement the classifier correctly.

You can take a look to double check that you have implemented it correctly. For instance, I'm not sure if it was clear before that the lastMode argument is from the previous classify() call's returned Classification.wifiMode value, not the Classification.mode value.
