add cancel button when creating apps and groups

When creating clients one can cancel this operation at any point by clicking the X to close the window the add client operation is being performed in. This is not an available option for specific points of the add application and add group operations and the user must do a complete page refresh (unless I'm missing something) to cancel the operation.
