Feat: Support Django Framework

Due to higher usage among devs, we need to implement it.

Hey @MahadevBalla , Nice progress. I need a clarification, whether are you running django commands on shell thru code or copying the django structure in templates and executing it ?

@JoeCelaster i’m following a similar approach as the other stacks; copying the django project structure from the template, setting up a virtual environment and installing the required packages.

Okay @MahadevBalla . Thanks for clarifying. But as we are heading towards next version. I recommend you to run commands internally on the shell thru code.

Current structure is temporary don't follow it
