verify starfile support for Relion5

Our starfile output is compliant with the current RELION5 docs.. However, @rdrighetto mentioned those docs might not reflect the current state of the spec and we should verify.

To be more specific, here is Figure 5 of the paper where an example particles.star file in the new format is shown:

What is unclear is whether a STAR file in our current format can be imported by RELION v5 which would add the other necessary fields by itself. If that is the case then we don't have to change anything. I'll try to test it tomorrow.
