Combining MultipageDownload and ReplaceImagesWithPlaceholders #18

Hello. First of all, thanks for the superb library!
Just wanted to point out that when using MultipageDownload == true, ReplaceImagesWithPlaceholders works only for the first page. Due to lines 393-397 of ReadSharp.cs.
