Build a Chinese documentation?

I would like to help this project by translating the English documentation into a Chinese documentation with the exactly same open source license as the English documentation. Is this necessary? If so, where should the Chinese documentation be placed in a new folder? Which branch should be used as the base for the new branch?

That would be great. The docs aren't currently set up with translations, but they're built with Sphinx and Readthedocs, so it looks like the file structure for new translations can be generated and managed using sphinx-intl.

One consideration is the schemdraw docs have a lot of images auto-generated by jupyter-sphinx - is there text embedded in those images that should be translated, and if so, how does sphinx-intl handle that?

Feel free to fork the repository and try it out there - I may read up on it a bit and think about how to organize it in the main branch.
