Changing Line Width

I don't see any way to change line width. Don't know if its a useful feature but still raised an issue.

That said, I cannot think of a use case. In my view once set, the line width should be constant. Can you think of a use case?

I now realize this can be a useful feature. Line width can be an used to represent the compartment's diameter. Ideally cylinder should be used but it is not yet functional. Even if the cylinder api is functional, drawing lines, I guess will be much faster than drawing cylinders. So for big models we might end up using lines.
Btw I just ended up implementing a basic moose plugin using your APIs. Its working great. Nice job.

FYI The cylinder drawing is now implemented - one can render cells.

I do not know how to change glPointSize / glLineSize when using VBO's. I tried searching for it online, but could not find any information, if you do - please let me know.

The whole fuss about using VBO's is because we want to squeeze out as much raw power as possible - Otherwise it would be very easy to implement using glBegin /glEnd type primitives like the previous version.

Also, for big models - like the one I use at the moment - about 3000 cells, drawn as lines, it already looks like a haystack - the diameter information does not help me much. So I don't know.
