Add Raman units to FDOM (and *maybe* CDOM370)

Bottle data for FDOM were submitted for the following cruise with units RU: https://cchdo.ucsd.edu/cruise/49NZ20191229

Quick read of the cruise report (section 4.12) indicates that these are in fact Raman units.

This cruise also has CTDUVFLUOR-370 with RU submitted. Section 6.8 in the cruise report indicates that these are also Raman units. I'm not certain if this should be renamed to CDOM370 and Raman units added or if there is a different solution.
