GeoGig - repository set-up

Once issue #19 is addressed, CCCS will need to establish GeoGig repositories for CCCS GIS files (including client GIS files). We would like the 'master' branch for our GeoGig repos to be hosted from the CCCS server. This means that CCCS will first need to create and initialize the repos for use with GeoGig. Next, CCCS would like Kartoza to upload / import postgreSQL databases that have already been created on our behalf.

I would like to use the following names for our active repositories:

• cccs-gis
• abadi-gis
