Startup delay for fullscreen uis in some terminals

In some terminals it takes 1-2 seconds for fullscreen uis to start, I've tested wezterm (has the issue), kitty (works), alacritty (works) and ghostty (works)

Thanks for opening the issue. This is unfortunately a known issue for Wezterm. There's some discussion of it here: #74

And the related Wezterm issue is here: wezterm/wezterm#4928

I'm open to suggestions on how to work around it, but I haven't found a good approach yet. Ideally this gets addressed in Wezterm.

In case it's not obvious to anyone following along, this is because of the keyboard enhancements check. You can fork or patch iocraft at build-time and then force keyboard enhancements to true to skip the 2s startup delay for WezTerm.

Of course, this is not ideal but it's what I do for the time being.
