Router feature

In my practice, I found it quite necessary to implement a simple router system here to manage page routing.

If you think this is a good idea, I will try to submit a PR.

If you have an implementation or want to put in a quick PR, I'd love to take a look. I'd need to see it before saying for sure whether it feels like a good fit for inclusion in iocraft vs a separate crate though.

Makes sense — it really does feel like creating something called iocraft-router would help keep iocraft clean.

Btw if you do end up making it a separate crate, I'd be happy to add a link to it from the iocraft docs.
